This menu is for a minimum of 50 passengers.
There will be a minimum of two of each selection per guest, totalling 16 pieces per guest. A minimum of two staff will serve canapés for between 90-120 minutes.

- Additional linen £4 per sheet, china crockery £0.25 per item, silver cutlery £0.25 per item, if required these must be ordered in advance with the office.
- Buffets are delivered 30 minutes before passengers embark and must be consumed within 3 hours of delivery.
- For health and safety reasons any food not consumed within 3 hours of delivery will be disposed of.
- Prices and menus correct until December 2011.
