To be value for money. We may not be the cheapest but we work hard to ensure that our hire rates are very competitive and that we provide a quality service in a fantastic venue. Similarly we are constantly checking our bar prices against the local competition to ensure neither you nor your guests suffer any nasty surprises at the bar once on board.

To adapt to your needs. We offer the widest range of catering, entertainment, bar and decor possibilities we can in order to create your ideal function, with minimal fuss and within budget. If you want something we don’t already offer then let us know, chances are we can source it for you, and if it works well you may find it added to our repertoire for next time!

To be as flexible as possible. It’s your party – we think you should choose as much as possible, from the times of your function and the piers from which we embark and disembark your guests, to whether or not to have food and what to cover the tables with. It’s all part of making it your event – not ours.

To never stop improving our party boats. We understand that the main selling points of our business are the boats and for this reason we work hard maintaining them to a very high standard. Matt and the team are constantly re-fitting, re-designing and improving them so that you and your guests get the most possible enjoyment from your event.

Always provide the best possible customer service. We understand how important your function is and are there to help right from first contact, through the booking procedure, to the event itself and any after-event care.

To treat each function individually. Every event on our boats is different and needs to be tailored to your specific requirements. This keeps us on our toes but we feel it is vital to the success of your event and therefore your relationship with us.
