- CPBS must be informed if there will be any guests under the age of 21 on board.
- Full hire rates apply, please contact the office for availability as we may not permit under 21’s on the vessels during peak seasons or at the weekend.
- All functions to finish by midnight.
- One teacher/ adult (over the age of 25) required for every 15 under 21’s, if the ratio of over 25’s to under 21’s is not enough on the night then the remaining numbers of minors will not be allowed onboard the vessel.
- A passport or photo driver’s licence will be required for passengers to purchase alcohol. Please note only these two forms of ID will be accepted and they must be originals.
- A security bond of between £250 and £500 will berequired, this is payable with your final invoice. The bond will be returned in full no later than 7 days after the function providing no additional costs have be invurred (including but not limited to unauthorised alcohol, delay to the end of the function, or loss or damage to the vessel, equipment or furtnishings, the discovery that information given by the clients on teh booking form is in any way false).
- If over 10% of passengers are under the age of 18 then a bar surcharge will apply. The surcharge is £10 per person for every passenger that appears to be under the age of 18 and/or that doesn't have the valid forms of ID (only passengers with the valid forms of ID will be classed as 18 years of age or over)
- CPBS may insist on security staff being onboard, this charge will be added to the balance invoice.
