CPBS: Party Boats for Private Hire on London's River Thames

There's something magical about London at Christmas time; festive cheer is spread from every shop, restaurant, bar and boat. Dusk seems to come early just so we can turn on the lights and there really is no better place to soak up the atmosphere than from one of our Thames party boats.

Private hire
Our pleasure boats Golden Star, Golden Flame and Golden Jubilee are available for private hire for Christmas parties from between 40 and 240 people.

Boat hire rates start at £180 per hour for Christmas lunch cruises and £180 per hour for evening disco or dinner cruises. To ensure your function goes with a festive bang all our pleasure boats are tastefully decorated with seasonal lights, decorations, and of course a tree. Neither catering nor entertainment are compulsory, however if you do wish to offer your guests food or music we can provide a range of options to complement your function.

Alternatively you can bring on your own entertainment or food for a small surcharge.

All our pleasure boats have at least one fully stocked bar with a full range of wines and spirits at reasonable rates. For a sophistcated greeting we can arrange reception drinks of champagne or mulled wine as your guests board.

Ticket Parties
Our popular ticket parties are back for Christmas 2009 on Saturday the 12th and Saturday the 19th December. Suitable for groups of 1 to 100 these mixed-group events are a great way to celebrate the festive season.

The evening starts with a complimentary drink of choice and festive buffet, you can then either take in the sights of London at night from the back deck or dance the night away to our resident DJ and disco. If previous years are any indication these dates are guaranteed to sell out fast so contact the office asap for availability and rates.

New Years Eve
All our pleasure boats are available for private hire to make your NYE as special as possible, however for 2009 we are already fully booked. If you are interested in hiring one of our boats for NYE 2010 please contact the office on 0800 019 15 16 for further details.

On the night our Captains will moor as close to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament as possible, in fact in order to get a good spot the boats may arrive at Westminster well before midnight. This may cut down your actual cruising time, however we're sure that this will be more than made up for once the fireworks start.

Post Christmas Hire We understand that some of you are so busy helping others enjoy the festive season that you can't celebrate yourself until after Boxing Day. To ensure you don't miss out we offer a 10%-15% boat hire discount on Christmas parties booked throughout January 2010. Unfortunately the boats won't be decorated anymore (although I'm sure you'll have seen enough tinsel by then anyway) but we can still provide Christmas fare for you, or you can choose from our varied selection of standard menus. Simply quote the reference LATECHRISTMAS when booking to receive your discount.
