CPBS: Party Boats for Private Hire on London's River Thames

There's something magical about London at Christmas time; festive cheer is spread from every shop, restaurant, bar and boat. Dusk seems to come early just so we can turn on the lights and there really is no better place to soak up the atmosphere than from one of our Thames party boats.

Our fleet of luxury pleasure boats can be privately hired to cater exclusively for your family function or office party, or alternatively you can join us on various selected dates in December for our festive ticket parties.

Ideally located at Temple pier in Central London we also use other Central London piers subject to availability.

Private hire
Our pleasure boats Golden Star, Golden Flame, Golden Jubilee and Sundance are available for private hire for Christmas parties of between 40 and 300 people.

Boat hire rates start at £170 per hour for Christmas lunch cruises and £180 per hour for evening disco or dinner cruises. To ensure your function goes with a festive bang all our pleasure boats are tastefully decorated with seasonal lights, decorations, and of course a tree. Neither catering nor entertainment are compulsory, however if you do wish to offer your guests food or music we can provide a range of options to complement your function.

Celebrate Christmas in style this year on the River Thames

Our superb in house caterers can provide a variety of seasonal fare ranging from a simple buffet to a more stylish a la carte meal, with festive crackers added to most menus. Mouthwatering dishes of turkey with cranberry stuffing and christmas pudding will make you wish it was Christmas all year long. s

Entertainment options include our resident DJ and disco, always guaranteed to get your friends up and dancing, a band to add a bit of fun to the party, or for a more refined option a string quartet to greet your guests as they board, and continue to play during your canapes or meal.

Alternatively you can bring on your own entertainment or food for a small surcharge.

All our pleasure boats have at least one fully stocked bar with a full range of wines and spirits at reasonable rates. For a sophistcated greeting we can arrange reception drinks of champagne or mulled wine as your guests board, or for the more adventurous we also have a full cocktail list.

New Years Eve
All our pleasure boats are available for private hire to make your New Years Eve as special as possible, however we do get very booked up and advance booking is absolutely essential.

On the night our Captains will moor as close to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament as possible, in fact in order to get a good spot the boats may arrive at Westminster well before midnight. This may cut down your actual cruising time, however we're sure that this will be more than made up for once the fireworks start.

Post Christmas Hire
We understand that some of you are so busy helping others enjoy the festive season that you can't celebrate yourself until after Boxing Day. To ensure you don't miss out we offer a 10% boat hire discount on Christmas parties booked throughout January 2008. Unfortunately the boats won't be decorated anymore (although I'm sure you'll have seen enough tinsel by then anyway) but we can still provide Christmas fare for you, or you can choose from our varied selection of standard menus. Simply quote the reference LATECHRISTMAS when booking to receive your discount.

Ticket Parties
By popular demand Christmas Boat Party Disco returns on Saturday the 13th and Friday 19th December 2008.

The newest addition to our fleet, Golden Flame, will play host to 240 revellers looking to celebrate Christmas in stlye. There are no minimum or maximum numbers for our ticket parties, and we organise the food and entertainment for you as well, leaving you with nothing to do but gather your friends and enjoy yourself!
