CPBS: Party Boats for Private Hire on London's River Thames

If you are having a function onboard on of Capital Pleasure Boats vessels, and you are likely to have any guests under the age of 18 on board, then please read the following points.

• CPBS must be informed if there are going to be any guests under the age of 18 on board.
• Full Hire rates apply, please contact the office for availability as we may not permit under 18’s on the vessels during peak seasons or at the weekend.
• All Functions to finish by midnight.
• One teacher / adult (over the age of 25) required for every 15 under 18’s, if the ratio of over 25’s to under 18’s is not enough on the night then the remaining numbers or minors will not be allowed onboard the vessel.
• A passport or photo driver’s licence will be required for passengers to purchase alcohol. Please note only these two forms of ID will be accepted and they must be originals.
• A damage deposit of £250 is required, this is payable with your final invoice, this will be refunded within five working days if no damage occurs to the vessel after inspection from the crew/skipper.
• If over 10% of passengers are under the age of 18 then a Bar Surcharge will apply.  The surcharge is £10 per person for every passenger that appears to be under the 18 or that doesn't have the valid forms of ID (only passengers with the valid forms of ID will be classed as 18 years of age or over)
